The truth, what’s good and what’s not
The check-in staff displayed a pleasant demeanor and strive to make guests feel welcomed and appreciated. Ample hot water with good pressure made for a refreshing shower experience.
The hotel desperately needs renovations, as my room showed signs of neglect with outdated furnishings and unpleasant odors. Parking lots and common areas needed cleaning and maintenance.

What a letdown!
So I checked in and my room doesn't have an office chair, which is kinda ridiculous for a business stay. They're just gone now because folks were moving them around? Really? I had to make due with the bed for desk space, and it was uncomfortable. The breakfast options were decent, tho. Just skip this place for business trips.

The queen room was spacious, and the bed was cozy with nice bedding. However, I noticed several maintenance issues that needed attention. The desk chair in my room wouldn’t stay in the upright position, and some fixtures in the bathroom looked broken. Breakfast had a decent selection, but when I got there late, they had run out of many items and weren’t quick to restock them. It felt frustrating, especially after a long flight. Despite the minor inconveniences, the comfortable overall experience stood out, but the hotel could significantly improve in upkeep and breakfast service.

Had a fantastic time with my friends during our stay! We visited the Bank of America Stadium and the NASCAR Hall of Fame, both of which were amazing experiences. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the airport shuttle made everything super easy. Just a heads up, the breakfast options were a bit limited, so it might help to grab something before heading down.
One downside was the breakfast service. By the time I got there, a lot of items were already gone, and they weren't restocking.
